Galveston Bay Charters

The heat is on and so are the fish. It' been an extremely hot July and has basicly put us into an August pattern. Trout are holding really well over deep shell and mud, with the occasional redfish mixed in. We had a great week fishing the mid-bay reefs with limits or near limits on most trips. Topwater bite has been sporadic at best, with the best bite right at daylight (big moon has alot to do with that). Switching to plastic after the sun gets up seems to be the ticket. Have a couple of openings the week of 07/13/2009 and August is filling up fast. We've had a great summer on the water and it should continue into the fall. Fishing overall is awesome right now!
